Terms for using FlowPerks on Shopify.

2. Service description

FlowPerks provides Shopify-native membership, store credit, referral, and loyalty features for merchants, including embedded admin workflows and customer-facing reward surfaces.

Billing and plans

• Paid plans are billed through Shopify app billing.
• Merchants can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel through supported app flows.
• Platform billing behavior and invoicing are governed by Shopify.

Merchant responsibilities

• Provide accurate store and contact information.
• Use FlowPerks in compliance with law, Shopify policies, and your customer promises.
• Honor membership and store-credit commitments you configure in the app.

Ownership

• Cardflow Labs owns FlowPerks and related intellectual property.
• Merchants retain ownership of their store and customer data.
• You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the app outside applicable law.

3. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, or change FlowPerks over time. We may also suspend or terminate access if necessary to maintain security, comply with law, prevent abuse, or address a violation of these terms.

5. Disclaimers and liability

FlowPerks is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Cardflow Labs disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Our total liability for claims related to FlowPerks is limited to the amount paid for the app during the 12 months before the claim.

6. Termination and post-uninstall handling

Merchants may uninstall FlowPerks at any time. Following uninstall, data is retained for a limited recovery window, then deleted in line with our privacy policy and operational retention schedule.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
